Abstract

In the movie “Pay It Forward,” a teacher challenges Trevor to think of something that will change the world — and put it into action. The young student comes up with the intriguing notion of repaying a favor. Not back, as we would usually do, but forward by doing good deeds for three people. Trevor changes many lives — his own, his mother's, his teacher's and the lives of strangers in an ever-widening circle.
