This item announces that the APA began the publication of its new journal, Psychological Abstracts, with the January 1927 issue. The journal is international in character. It consists of noncritical abstracts of articles and books on psychological and cognate subjects, which appear as soon as possible after the original publication. These abstracts are prepared by competent psychologists in America and Europe. They are published in English, and average one hundred and fifty words each. It is the intention of the Association to make Psychological Abstracts invaluable, not only to psychologists throughout the world, but also to all persons who are working in allied fields, such as physiology, psychiatry, education and biology.
