Abstract

The product-moment r between DRQ's derived from a set of dictated interview records and DRQ's derived from the verbatim interviewee statements in the same set of casework interviews was .64. The use of dictated records rather than verbatim records was held to be justified for large-scale research studies. “The question of the utility of the DRQ as a measure of the effectiveness of therapy has not been touched in the present study.” (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2006 APA, all rights reserved)
