Abstract

Rorschach records with a high percentage of anatomy responses appear to indicate a poor prognosis for rehabilitation. Records giving a neurotic personality pattern and characterized by a very high F + % and responses of aggressive animals seem to be indicative of a good prognosis. Both Rorschach patterns were clinically corroborated by case studies. The psychological meaning of the prognostic indicators was considered. The second Rorschach pattern “is not as exact as the first pattern…, nor has it been proven statistically valid.” (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2006 APA, all rights reserved)
