In example 1, the correct spelling of the first author's name is Soter. The correct title of the article is “Cold urticaria: release into the circulation of histamine and eosinophil chemotactic factor of anaphylaxis during cold challenge.”
In example 2, the correct name of the corporate author is The Committee on Enzymes of the Scandinavian Society for Clinical Chemistry and Clinical Physiology.
In example 5, the correct subtitle of the book is “for students and practitioners
