The labeling for rolapitant (Varubi), an antiemetic used with chemotherapy, will now include a safety warning stating that the drug can cause anaphylaxis and serious hypersensitivity reactions.Nurses should assess patients for hypersensitivity to any of the drug's components prior to administration.
