Abstract

Fibroblastic and myofibroblastic lesions of childhood and adolescence are rare, with overlapping histologic appearances and differences in biological potential. This creates diagnostic dilemmas in surgical pathology. We have reviewed the morphological, immunohistochemical, and some molecular features of selected lesions.
