AbstractA 72-year-old man presented with left testicular swelling of 2 months' duration. Microscopic examination of tissue from left orchiectomy showed an intratesticular serous papillary cystic tumor with borderline malignancy felt to be histologically identical to the commonly encountered borderline papillary serous tumor of the ovary.
