Abstract

Gardner's syndrome is a familial autosomal dominant disorder characterized by the triad of colonic polyposis, osteomatosis, and soft tissue tumors. It is associated with adenoma of the pituitary gland, adrenal gland, parathyroid gland and duodenum, along with potential carcinoma of the duodenum and thyroid gland. The authors present a case with multi-system involvement from Gardner's syndrome demonstrated with bone scintigraphy and CT.
