Abstract

Tc-99m MDP bone imaging of a 64-year-old woman with uterine corpus carcinoma showed no evidence of bone metastases. Extraskeletal accumulation was noted in the pelvis and right upper abdomen. Accumulation in the right upper abdomen was curvilinear and resembled the diaphragm. CT demonstrated metastatic involvement in the omentum and right subphrenic area, which was considered to be the cause of the extraskeletal accumulation.
