A 74-year-old man with suspected prostate cancer and a previously negative transrectal ultrasound–guided prostate biopsy underwent 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT. Scan showed no abnormal tracer concentration in enlarged prostate gland to suggest prostate cancer. Note was made of an incidentally detected well defined soft tissue lesion in the greater curvature of the stomach with moderate tracer concentration in its intraluminal portion. Biopsy of the lesion revealed gastrointestinal stromal tumor.
