Abstract

This paper describes the production of living conduits for peripheral nerve regeneration. Different experimental parameters were analyzed to produce biocompatible matrixes for the immobilization of Sertoli cells (SCs). These cells are known to posses a great potential to promote the regeneration and differentiation of different cell types.
