A52-year-old male presented with multiple papules. Biopsies were submitted for histologic examination (Figs. 1 and 2).

Clinical evaluation was significant for multiple firm papules that were not painful or pruritic, located on the bilateral knees, calves, and buttocks (Fig. 3). The papules had been present, but increasing in size, for several years, during which time the patient was undergoing treatment of non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
