A Review of Echinococcal Disease

Abstract

Ecthinococcal infestation, although still a rare occurrence in most of the United States, is being seen with increasing frequency. There cases of hepatic echinococcosis are described. A review of the salient features of the disease is persented along with various aspects ofdagnosis and therapy.
