Abstract

An 80-year-old woman presented with a lump in her left lower eyelid. Histopathology of the lesion supported the diagnosis of basal cell carcinoma with osteosarcomatous changes. The lesion was fully excised and the eyelid was recontructed with a Hughes flap. There was no recurrence after 10 months of follow-up.
