Abstract

Patients with alimentary tract duplications may present with gastrointestinal bleeding. A case is presented of a three-year-old boy with a history of melena who underwent Tc-99m sodium pertechnetate scanning, which showed diffuse deposition of radionuclide along the course of the small bowel.
