Incidental Finding of a Urinoma on Bone Scintigraphy

Abstract

Tc-99m MDP whole-body bone imaging in a patient with carcinoma of the lung showed an area suspicious for urine leakage from the left kidney or ureter into the scrotum Tc-99m DTPA renal imaging and a CT scan supported the diagnosis of urinoma.
