Some parameters of the Therapeutic Intervention Scoring System (TISS-28) are not unambiguous, like vasoactive drugs comprising not only catecholamines, but also vasodilators. Therefore, differences between routine daily TISS-28 determination by individual physicians, and corrected TISS scores adhering to the TISS definition are very likely.
