In the article on page 666, published in the February 2009 issue, there were errors in the spelling of some author names. The correct names are: Saraswati Kache, not Sara Skache; and Jose Irazuzta, not Jose Irazusta.
Also, on page 675 of this article, second full paragraph, the seventh sentence should read: Low-dose arginine vasopressin (in doses ≤0.04 units/min) as an adjunctive agent has short-term hemodynamic benefits in adults with vasodilatory shock.
