The purpose of the current study is two fold: 1) to examine the longitudinal relationship of caregiver uncertainty about their child's illness to child reported anxiety, and 2) to examine the longitudinal relationship of child reported uncertainty to self-reported anxiety among children with sickle cell disease (SCD).
