Malignant mesenchymoma (MM) is a rare soft tissue tumor of mesenchymal origin consisting of two or more differentiated cell types. MM has been found in all age groups and in all areas of the body (1). Although patient presentation varies, many present with a rapidly enlarging mass in the thigh or retroperitoneum (1-3). We present the clinical, histological, and radiological features of a patient diagnosed with this unusual tumor.
