Strategic Planning: The Practical Vision

Abstract

An ongoing effective strategic planning process can positively affect an organization's growth, productivity, and morale. This article presents one strategic planning model used in a division of nursing and discusses the application and effectiveness of that model during 3 consecutive years. As a result of this process, the nursing division has a successful goal-oriented strategic plan.
