Every practice has a patient who fails to take prescribed medications or who will not follow the practitioner’s recommendations. A patient who will not come in to be seen but constantly demands to be treated over the phone. A patient who is belligerent and abusive to the staff and the practitioner, or a patient who makes no attempt to pay bills in a timely manner.
