Thanks to an unrestricted educational grant from Procter & Gamble, you will no longer have to pay for the CME credits earned by taking the monthly CME exam in the Survey. I'm pleased to say that Procter & Gamble has generously agreed to underwrite CME costs for all of our current subscribers-starting in this issue. The editors and I are very grateful for the educational support, and hope that many of you take advantage of P&G's generosity.
When we introduced CME into the Survey three years ago, we saw it as a way the journal even more valuable to you, and in fact, participation in CME through the Survey continues to grow. With this support from Procter & Gamble, we believe that even more readers will take advantage of the CME program and thus realize the full value of the Journal. Why not take advantage of this free CME program?
If you are a current subscriber to the Survey, you can earn up to 36 CME credits at no additional cost. If you don't subscribe personally, but instead read a library or group practice subscription, you can still take CME through the Journal, but you must also pay the cost of the program: $200 for annual participation (36 credits, 12 exams) or $100 for half-year participation (18 credits, 6 exams). For exact details of the program, please see the "Instructions for Obtaining Category I CME Credits" following the Table ofContents in this and all issues of the Survey.
In the past year, we have conducted several surveys in which we asked for readers' opinions on the Survey, and I am pleased to say that as a result we will be incorporating some new ideas into the Journal over the next few months. Our highest priority is to understand what information you want and how best to deliver it to you.
Thank you for your continued support of the Obstetrical & Gynecological Survey. Please feel free to write to me or any of the editors if you have comments or suggestions. I wish you well in your work and hope you remain a satisfied reader of the Survey.
