To earn CME credit you must read the articles and complete the examination below, answering at least 70% of the questions correctly. Mail a photocopy (subscribers and nonsubscribers) or fax (subscribers only) of the completed answer sheet to the Office of Continuing Education, Lippincott Continuing Medical Education Institute, Inc., 770 Township Line Road, Suite 300, Yardley, PA 19067; fax: (267) 757-0651. Only the first entry will be considered for credit and must be postmarked or faxed by September 26, 2007. Answer sheets will be graded and certificates will be mailed to each participant two times per year: the first certificate will cover CME credit earned for the January through June period; the second certificate will cover CME credit earned for the July through December period. The answers for this examination will appear in the October 2007 issue of Obstetrical & Gynecological Survey.
