Complete avulsion injury of the fingers that is impossible to revascularize leaves poor cosmetic and functional results after skin coverage with skin graft, local flaps, or tubed pedicle flaps or after primary amputation. We have used innervated arterialized venous flaps from the dorsum of the foot in two patients with traumatic finger avulsion injuries. Satisfactory results were achieved.
