To have worked on any project for 25 years is something of an accomplishment, and to have had the pleasure of developing and refining a journal over this period is a great satisfaction. When Pediatric Emergency Care was in its first year, the challenges were many, varied, and quite different from those that we face today. Our ability to retain a position as an advocate for our specialty and as a voice for its practitioners over the past quarter century is in no small measure due to the dedication and expertise of our reviewers. Their contributions over the years have enabled us to bring important and timely information to our readers. In this issue, we recognize those reviewers who evaluated manuscripts for us in 2009, but since 1984, we have had a core of dedicated individuals who have contributed their expertise to the success of Pediatric Emergency Care. We thank you again, as we do each year, for your continuing contributions to our journal, and we look forward to working together in the future.
