CD25 saturation has been studied in renal transplant patients receiving daclizumab-induction. CD25 remains saturated up to 120 days after five doses of 1 mg/kg every 2 weeks. New protocols using one dose (2 mg/kg) or two doses (2 mg/kg followed by 1 mg/kg on post-operative day 14) of daclizumab result in a CD25 saturation (% expression) <2% up to 42 days and 70 days, respectively. CD25 saturation has not been studied in heart transplant patients receiving daclizumab-induction.
