There is controversy regarding the severity of postoperative pain in neurosurgical patients and limited information on the pain management of patients treated by neuro-endovascular means. The purpose of this study was to assess and compare the level of pain and the effectiveness of our treatment of patients undergoing craniotomy (group C) or endovascular therapy (group E) for cerebrovascular lesions.
