Abstract

Modern revision total knee replacement may require application of several techniques. The choice of technique in the face of a variety of deformities, defects, and ligamentous instability is discussed in this article. Thoughtful preoperative planning and skillful surgical execution can be expected to yield satisfactory durable results.
