Treatment of Diaphyseal Forearm Fractures With Intramedullary Nailing

Abstract

Latest developments in intramedullary locked nailing for forearm fractures treatment made this technique more reliable. There are encouraging elements about their results in the literature. Application of these nails has to be very accurate. The purpose of this article was to describe the surgical technique, paying specific attention to those passages and little tricks that are essential to get better results.
