Abstract

Metastatic cancer is an unusual cause of adrenal failure and hypoadrenalism secondary to metastatic colon cancer is exceedingly rare. We describe a patient who presented with primary adrenal failure and hypercalcemia secondary to an otherwise silent Duke's stage D adenocarcinoma of the right colon.
