Abstract

Morning glory disc anomaly (MGDA) is a congenital malformation of the optic disc that has been reported in association with midline craniofacial defects such as basal encephalocele, hypertelorism, cleft lip and palate, and agenesis of the corpus callosum. We describe a 44 year-old woman with MGDA and Chiari type І malformation, an association not previously reported.
