Complete A-V block with an R-R of 1.44 sec. The QRS complexes are normal, indicating a junctional focus of origin. The P-P interval is 0.60 sec. Both are regular. The S-T segments are elevated in II, III and AVF with reciprocal depression in I, AVF.
The precordial leads are recorded over the right chest with V2 registered as V1 of the right chest leads and V1 as V2. There is a marked elevation of the ST segment in leads V3R to V6R, diagnostic of an acute right ventricular infarction.
