BEFORE LOADING AN ATHLETE WITH VARIOUS SQUAT PATTERN EXERCISES, SCREENING AN ATHLETE'S MOVEMENT CAPABILITY WITH A SIMPLE BODYWEIGHT BILATERAL SQUAT MAY GIVE VALUABLE INSIGHT INTO AN ATHLETE'S MOVEMENT CAPABILITY. INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM A BODYWEIGHT BILATERAL SQUAT SCREEN MAY ASSIST THE STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROFESSIONAL WITH DEVELOPING SAFER MORE EFFECTIVE STRENGTH-TRAINING PROGRAMS.
