Cardiovascular complications are a leading cause of death after liver transplant (LT), with LT recipients already at a high risk of cardiac diseases such as coronary artery disease (CAD). As such, it is imperative that accurate preoperative cardiac evaluations be performed to prevent or mitigate such complications.
