Complications of Bunionette Correction

Abstract

Many procedures have been described for correction of the painful bunionette deformity, and complications have been described for each of these. Although some complications are common to all procedures, specific complications are associated with each technique. Historically, the evolution in the procedures performed reflects efforts to decrease the incidence of these complications.
