Therapeutic efficacy on glioma remains not ideal recently. Novel methods will gradually be used for the treatment of glioma. High polymer vector materials are newly discovered method with the development of materials, pharmacology, and clinical medicine. High polymer vector materials characterizing by well biocompatibility, biodegradability, controlling degradation velocity, and processing performances provide a new therapeutic vector for glioma. Structural relationship between high polymer materials and loaded drug molecules, improvement of drug-loading velocity, as well as structure and performance of drug vector materials depend on biocompatibility, distribution in vivo, biodegradation, and the effect of degraded products on organism. Research about high polymer vector materials against glioma is focus on finding strongly selective and effective vector materials.
