Abstract

The most improvement of drug-eluting stent superior to bare metal stent is that drug-eluting stent contains drug vector and drug. Although the success rate of coronary stenting and security was improved, restenosis is still an obstacle to limit stent application. Allergic reaction following drug-eluting stent implantation had been reported. In this paper, based on the biocompatibility comparative analysis of general drug-eluting stent with bare metal stent, analyzed the causes, new progress and enlightenment of stent restenosis after drug-eluting stent implantation.
