Some evidence suggests that acupuncture, exercise, yoga, and cognitive behavioral therapy are of benefit as nonpharmacologic therapies for RLS (SOR: C, small RCTs and a cohort trial). Iron supplementation is not effective (SOR: A, meta-analysis).
