In patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), there is likely not much difference in posttreatment dizziness symptom scores between patients who received various classes of vestibular suppressants after a successful canalith repositioning procedure (CRP) versus successful CRP alone (SOR: B, heterogeneous RCTs).
