Abstract

A stationary system of description of vertical spinning is solved based on universal exponential substitution. The values of the acting tensions and tensile forces of the conditions of spinning polyester and polyamide fibres are quantitatively estimated. The distribution of the temperature, draw ratio, and tension force of the spun fibre in the path from spinneret to takeup site is demonstrated on the example of spinning from polyamide melt.
