Abstract

Infections with the endemic fungus Blastomyces dermatitidis are uncommonly reported in hematopoietic cell transplant recipients. We present a case of pulmonary blastomycosis in a patient who had an allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplant 10 months previously and who responded rapidly to treatment with voriconazole.
