Lymphangiectasias occuring as a consequence of pregnancy and spontaneously regressing upon successful outcome of pregnancy is a rarity that needs to be reported. More so because these lesions occuring on the vulva can mimic various other entities and can sometimes be misconstrued as sexually transmitted disease by persons involved in primary care. This is a case report of lymphangiectasias occuring during pregnancy.
