Abstract

Abstract:

Inflammatory bowel disease has long been known to have extraintestinal manifestations, which can include various pulmonary disease processes. Symptomatic respiratory tract involvement from Crohn’s disease appears to be rare. We report a case of symptomatic tracheobronchial involvement associated with Crohn’s disease and compare the histologic, radiographic, and gross appearance of the mucosa with 5 other case reports found in the English language literature.
