Abstract

We have investigated the crystallographic nature of the nanophase structure on the surface of amorphous carbon diamond‐like film vacuum‐deposited on a hot glass substrate by exposing a graphite target to a pulsed neodymium laser radiation of nanosecond duration with an energy density of 1.18·104 J/m2.
