Abstract

Summary

We report a case of a child with Larsen's syndrome with bilateral dislocation of the knees. Stabilization of the knees was achieved by intraarticular ligamentoplasty. We describe a technique that preserves the physeal cartilage of the femur and tibia. After 8-year follow-up, despite clinical laxity, the knees had remained stable.
