However, the epigenetic players that regulate gene expression and orchestrate the iNKT cell lineage choices remain poorly understood. Here, we summarize recent advances in our understanding of epigenetic regulation of iNKT cell development and lineage choice. Particular emphasis is placed on DNA modifications and the Ten Eleven Translocation (TET) family of DNA demethylases.
