Abstract

Using the HPLC technique, we studied the composition of low molecular weight peptides that were secreted from slices of the rat olfactory cortex during their incubation under anoxic conditions. We revealed that kyotorphin-like peptides appeared in the medium, and their composition depended on the anoxia severity and incubation time.
