Abstract

The principles and implications of adult education are very much in evidence throughout this article on designing learning experiences for adults. The planning, implementation and evaluation stages of the process are presented sequentially and encompass need identification, planning committees, behavioral objectives, program level and scope, learning activities, advertising, registration, and evaluation. A check list of the necessary steps is provided.
